POSTAGE & PACKAGE
We charge a flat rate of £1.50 per order.
DELIVERY
We aim to despatch goods within 1 working day (Monday to Friday) of receiving your order. If there is likely to be a delay of more than 1 day we will contact you. At this moment in time we are only able to send to UK addresses.
Our normal method of delivery is by Royal Mail 1st class post, which means in most cases goods are received the day following despatch. However, Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery.
PAYMENT
We can accept payment by PAYPAL. Alternatively, you can pay by cheque / postal order, but please note goods will not be despatched until payment has cleared (5 working days).
REFUNDS
Any unwanted items must be returned to us within 14 days. This does not apply to personalised and special order items which cannot be returned unless faulty. We will accept returns which are in good, resaleable condition. Return carraige must be paid for by the customer. We will refund the cost of the goods in full.
Faulty goods or goods damaged on delivery must be advised to us by email, post or telephone immediately and we will refund the cost of goods and return carraige. Because our goods are mostly handmade variations between items occur and we do not deem this to be a fault.
Please advise us immediately of any shortages to the order and we will arrange either despatch of missing item(s) or a refund will be issued.
